Returns Policy

Nice jacket

Bought in XL a bit tight but wearable. Seems well made windproof and holds out the rain lined pockets, also has a removable liner.
Knocking a star off as it did not come with back protector as per description only shoulder and elbows.
Contacted customer service and had no response.
Wouldn't have bought knowing back protector wasn't included / missing.

Hi, we did not yet received any email in this regard., Back protectors are ont included in the jacket, it has to be arranged seperaytely.
