Water resistant

Lovely looking jacket and fitted like a dream and all going great till I rode into a shower of rain . Only last 10 mins but when I stopped I was soaked . My chest , shoulders and arm were very wet .
Why sell a biking jacket that's not a bit water resistant?
Want my money back .
