Guidelines about Taking Body Measurements:

Take all measurements in centimetres (CM)
Keep your feet apart at shoulder width, except for measuring your height which you’ll take with joined feet.
Remove your shoes before starting to measure yourself.
Keep your body relaxed during measurement.
Keep a wooden or metal scale with you. You might need it to take some measurements.
Ask someone to help you take these measurements.
