Whether you're in the UK or ordering from abroad, we've made our shipping process straightforward and
reliable.

UK Mainland Delivery

Standard Shipping Rate

We offer affordable flat-rate shipping across England, Scotland, and Wales for just £5.99 per order, regardless
of order size or weight.

Important: We regret that we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What to Expect with UK Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday,
excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, most UK mainland orders arrive within 3-5 working days.

Tracked Service: Every UK shipment includes full tracking, so you'll always know where your order is. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Secure Packaging: We take great care in packaging your items. All products are carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to install on your bike.

Delivery Hours: Our courier partners typically deliver Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you're not home, they'll leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

International Shipping

International Shipping Rate

£50.00 per shipment

This flat rate applies to all international destinations outside the UK mainland, making it easy to calculate your total costs upfront.

International Delivery Process

Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1-2 business days, just like our UK orders.

Shipping Method: We use premium international courier services with full tracking and insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination:

Europe: Typically 5-10 working days
North America: Typically 7-14 working days
Rest of World: Typically 10-21 working days

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures in your country.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your door.

Important Information for International Customers

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are NOT included in our £50 shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, and they must be paid before your local customs office will release the parcel for delivery.

Customs Documentation: We complete all necessary customs paperwork accurately and include it with your shipment to help expedite the customs clearance process.

Restricted Items: Some countries have restrictions on certain motorcycle parts or accessories. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that items ordered can be legally imported into their country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes and contact telephone numbers, to avoid delays.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel goes missing, please contact us. We'll launch an investigation with the courier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

If you've provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to redirect your parcel if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Once a parcel is in transit, address changes may incur additional courier fees.
