Refund Policy

Returns

  • Customers have to send back the item at their own cost incase of any return or refund.
  • You'll have to send us the product back and we will send you the change without any further shipping charges.
  • Please make sure that Product must be in orginal condition when you sent us back.
  • Our Policy lasts 30 days if 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately, we can’t offer you refund or exchange.
  • Maximo Moto will bear shipping cost in case of Damages.
  • Please note any refund or exchange requried 5 - 7 Working days after reciving Product at our store.
  • You can use any cost effective courier service for returning or exchanging the item 

Refunds 

-Once your return is received and inspected, Our team will process the refund within 5 to 7 working days.

- Product must be in Original condition.

- Please note that Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges

Maximo Moto UK believes in 100% Customer Satisfaction thus offering you Exchange within 30 days of your order delivered. Simply contact our customer support at support@maximomoto.co.uk and our team will help you accordingly.

- Please note that that in case of mind change/Color change/ Size change customer will have to bear the shipping charges and we will exchnage the product.

- In case of damages Maximo Moto will bear all shipping costs.

Shipping

In case of Damages or Defected items will be replaced without charging and shipping cost.

In case of Mind change or Color change customer will have to bear the shipping amount.
