Returns Policy

• 30-Day Return Window
  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Shipping Costs for Returns
  If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Refund Timeline
  You can generally expect a refund within four weeks of sending your package back. This estimate includes:

  1. Shipping Transit (5–10 business days): Time for the returned item to reach us.
  2. Return Processing (3–5 business days): Time for us to inspect and process the returned item.
  3. Bank Processing (5–10 business days): Time for your bank to finalize the refund.

• How to Return an Item

  3. Click the "Return Item(s)" button next to the relevant order.
  4. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
