Materials — Built Layer by Layer

Cordura 600D Polyester (WR 2PU Coated): The outer shell. Abrasion-resistant with a water-resistant coating that sheds spray and light rain without saturating the fabric.

Cordura 1680D Polyester (PU2T Coated):  High-density reinforcement panels at the shoulders and elbows where road contact is most severe in a fall.

Dynamic Stretchable Nylon (2FL PD WR Laminated):  At the structural flex zones. It lets the jacket move with your body on the bike rather than working against your riding position.

Lycra Polyester Blend:  Elastic panels on the arms and shoulders. Unrestricted movement across long days without fatigue building in the upper body.

Taffeta Polyester WR Coated Mesh:  The water-resistant middle liner. It keeps air moving and manages moisture when all three layers are running together.

Taslan Polyester Soft Micro Plain:  Lines the outer shell and forms the thermal layer's exterior. Smooth and quiet against base layers across extended hours in the saddle.

Korean Polyester with ROI Padding (Box Stitch Quilted):  The quilted thermal liner's insulation. Genuinely warm in cold conditions, and it detaches cleanly as temperatures climb.

Neoprene Polyester Laminated (2–2.25mm):  Collar construction. Seals comfortably around the neck without pressure points on longer rides.

Pockets and Storage

Adjustability and Ergonomics
