The HJC RPHA 91 is a premium modular touring helmet developed for riders who demand all-day comfort, advanced safety, and refined performance. Built with the latest P.I.M. EVO shell, it delivers exceptional shock resistance while remaining lightweight, thanks to a sophisticated blend of carbon-aramid, carbon fibre, glass fibre, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fibre.

The helmet features a distortion-free HJ-37 face shield and HJ-V17 sun visor, offering a wide, clear field of vision with excellent peripheral awareness. A redesigned chin bar locking system uses a hidden closure point to ensure smooth operation and reduced pressure on the cheek area. Noise is kept to a minimum with a 3D-engineered low-noise interior and an integrated neck roll system, making the RPHA 91 ideal for long-distance touring. The EPS design also accommodates glasses, and the helmet is compatible with 2nd Generation SMART HJC Bluetooth systems.

The HJC RPHA 91 has achieved a 4-Star SHARP safety rating, confirming its high level of protection.
