The NF-R is meticulously designed and manufactured to ensure optimal airflow inside the helmet, providing unparalleled comfort and exceptional aerodynamic values. The development of the KYT helmet involved collaboration with aeronautical engineers, leveraging innovative software, and conducting wind tunnel testing to create a shape specifically tailored to the helmet's goals.
SPECIFICATIONS:
SHELL:
Shell made of ADT-advanced, a mixture of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to falls. The NF-R shell is produced in two sizes: M and L.
PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE:
Internal polystyrene lining made in two sizes (M and L) for better ergonomics and variable density. This feature allows for gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact.
VISOR:
The visor of the NF-R is made of injected PC, anti-scratch, class 1 optics with variable thickness combined with Pinlock Max Vision ready and Sun Visor. Hooks and a rotation system allow the visor to be removed without tools.
VENTILATION:
The internal polystyrene lining has been designed to work in symbiosis with the air intake in the outer shell. Particular channels, obtained from polystyrene, allow the entry of air flow, optimal ventilation in the helmet and rapid evacuation of hot air.
INTERNAL:
The cheek pads and the comfortable inner shell can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made from a beautiful bi-elastic fabric with specific fibres together with open-cell sponges for better air flow and to keep you cool and dry.
RETENTION SYSTEM:
The retention system is equipped with a micrometric buckle.
